Royal Commission for Riyadh City Presents Riyadh Expo 2030 Progress

Paris, November 26, 2024, SPA — The Riyadh Expo 2030 Support Office at the Royal Commission for Riyadh City will participate in the 175th general assembly of the Bureau International des Expositions, where a comprehensive update on the latest developments and preparations for hosting the World Expo 2030 in Riyadh will be presented.

The meeting aims to review Saudi Arabia’s file and present an unparalleled expo that achieves the UN Sustainable Development Goals, the Expo 2030 Riyadh vision, and its theme through strengthening cooperation with the international community. In addition, it aims to review the work progress and developments in the registration dossier and highlight significant processes and preparations that confirm Riyadh’s readiness to host the World Expo 2030.

General assembly meetings are attended by high-level delegations from member states. The 175th general assembly includes the delegation representing the Royal Commission for Riyadh City and the Public Investment Fund (PIF), along with representatives from Bureau International des Expositions member states, senior officials, and members of leading international organizations.
