Riyadh Expo 2030

The evolving result of an Era of Change is most certainly a tomorrow that will be different from today:

A tomorrow in which people will be living longer due to continuous progress in medical sciences. A tomorrow in which people live longer life thanks to medical progress, a tomorrow in which we discover medicines for diseases that we could not treat previously; A tomorrow in which people will live healthier than 20 years ago.

We may face some new challenges as government healthcare expenditures will increase, due to high levels of aging, as the elderly will need greater health assistance and support, thus, we aim to provide a stimulating environment for all generations, offering opportunities for young people, providing better care for the elderly, and achieving Luxury for mothers and children.

We also strive to establish a better tomorrow, to harness science and technology for the sake of humanity, by supporting responsible innovation, reducing the digital divide, and employing artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things, while making efforts to reduce dependence on technology and avoid its risks, in full sync with the goals of sustainable development.

According to a study produced by Deloitte Life Sciences and Health Care Practice, radically interoperable data will lead to highly personalized, consumer-centric health. The traditional sectors that now make up the healthcare ecosystem will likely look completely different by 2040, being forced to evolve as the landscape becomes more consumer centric.  The changes in the technological sector, particularly in connection with AI, will be even more radical, and this will require solving growing cybersecurity challenges. Artificial intelligence applications will grow in many sectors such as material delivery, transportation, urban construction, disaster response, health care, and other public jobs, which will result in drastic changes in the job opportunities available to the younger generations, and accordingly, the quality of leisure time will also change radically, this will in return lead to a shift in consumption of cultural and entertainment sectors.

Finally, we will focus on developing conscious cities, discuss sustainable development, offer opportunities for urban change, city planning, and governance, find solutions to urban marginalization, and develop public and private urban transport.
